Configuring Templates

The work diary template also has a similar configuration to the last diary template.

It's a composition that I personally prefer for scheduling, so it feels monotonous.ㅇㅅㅇ

Weekly, where weekly checklists

Monthly, where you can view the entire calendar

It consists of a project board that allows you to see progress on a project-by-project basis.

Weekly

First, on the Weekly tab, you can view the daily routines that you have generated every day.

You can only collect and view posts tied with the 'Daily' tag on the Monthly Calendar.

Checklists for Weekly can be created through the Daily Check template.

You can use it more conveniently if you enter the routine that repeats every day into the template in advance.

Monthly

Monthly is a calendar that allows you to check all your schedules at a glance.

It's for recording minutes and key schedules.

The schedule-related source database.

The monthly sample was prepared in January 2023.

The default template is the Daily Check shown in Weekly.

It consists of Split Minutes, which allows you to record split meetings and brief meetings.

Project Board

The project board is a board that is configured separately from the schedule board.

Tables and boards are paired.

The table at the top shows the progress rate for each project.

The board at the bottom can see the progress of the project in detail.

You can check the details of how to use it by opening the How to use toggle!

The Project Schedule Collection created for each project also has specific usage written inside the template.

It consists of a page that allows you to gather only the schedules for that project from the schedule database.

The progress table at the top is linked to the board at the bottom.

Progress is automatically updated whenever the status of the specified tasks changes.
